Crockin' Cream Cheese Spaghetti: with a few modifications. 1) used rigatoni vs. spaghetti 2)used lite cream cheese & added 1/2 c. of mozzerella to the pasta mix 3) used italian meatballs vs. beef (cut the meatballs into quarters) 4)slow cook by layering in slow cooker cooking bag, sauce, noodle mixture, meatballs, parmesan cheese, sauce, noodle mix, meatballs, parm cheese and the rest of the sauce and cook on high 2 hours. it was delicious. both my kids raved and it's a keeper!
